Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once the tracking number is generated, we cannot process cancellations.
Return & Refund Policy
7-Day Replacement/Return: We offer a 7-day return or replacement window for items that are delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories (including the free cork lights).
Change of Mind: As this is a seasonal decor item, we currently do not accept returns for "change of mind" once the product is delivered in good condition.
⚠️ Important - Damaged/Missing Items: To claim a return or replacement for damage or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory.
